-It is not a sports or deep tissue masssage.
-For deep-seated stress, anxiety, fatigue or deep-seated toxins, it may take more than one massage to fix it!
-Particularly benefits arthritis and conditions of the nervous system. For these conditions it is required regularly. Discount for weekly massage.
- For arthiritis and conditions that affect mobility, home visits are available if you have a massage table.
Practical tips
-Don't eat for two hours beforehand.
-Be well hydrated but don't drink immediately before.
-Wear (or bring) old comfy clothes as you will be slightly oily.
-Have a hot bath afterwards, relax, and have an early night.
-Drink lots of warm water and ginger tea for the next three days, and eat light foods, to further help the cleansing process.
