Yoga is best practised according to your ayurvedic constitution and is ideally adapted for Vata, Pitta or Kapha dosha. Having a series of one-to-one lessons with Jacqui, following your ayurvedic consultation, means she is familiar with your health and can personalise your lesson accordingly. 

As well as her existing ayurveda clients, Jacqui also welcomes people new to yoga, who would like to learn the basics before venturing into a group class. She specialises in teaching newcomers, and has a patient, encouraging yet disciplined approach  especially if you're worried that you're not bendy enough to do yoga!

Price: £40 a lesson (90 mins). Reductions for three or seven lessons. 
Where: Maitri Natural Health Centre, Streatham. Home visits in the London Bridge, Borough, Streatham, Clapham and Balham areas (if you have space).
